At Redsuite.io, we are committed to transparency and the responsible handling of data. Our service is designed to provide powerful insights from publicly available information on Reddit, while respecting user privacy and complying with data protection regulations.

1. Collected Data

Redsuite.io processes publicly available data sourced exclusively from Reddit's official API. Our purpose is to help you track overall trends, monitor conversations, and identify engagement opportunities, not to track individuals across different platforms.

We do not access or process any non-public information, such as private messages or private user activity. The data we process on your behalf is limited to what is publicly visible on the Reddit platform.

All the metrics we collect are derived from:

• Reddit Username: Public usernames of accounts that post or comment.
• Post Content: The text, titles, and links within public Reddit posts.
• Comment Content: The text of public comments made in response to posts.
• Publicly Visible Profile Information: Data such as a user's Karma score and Cake Day.

2. Data Hosting and Security

All data processed on your behalf is secured, encrypted, and hosted on servers located exclusively within the European Union, specifically in the Netherlands, Italy, Germany, and Finland. Our infrastructure is provided by reputable European corporations (Hetzner and EuroVPS), ensuring that all of your data is protected by the EU's stringent data privacy regulations, including the GDPR.

We use HTTPS for end-to-end encryption of all data in transit, and we perform regular, secure backups on servers also located within the EU.

3. How We Process Public Reddit Data

Redsuite.io acts as a Data Processor, operating on the instructions of you, the Client (the Data Controller). You define the scope of the data we process by specifying the keywords and subreddits you wish to monitor. Our platform then programmatically retrieves publicly available posts and comments that match your criteria via the official Reddit API, in full compliance with Reddit's terms of service. This data is then organized and presented in your dashboard to provide you with actionable insights.

4. GDPR, CCPA and PECR Compliance

Redsuite.io is designed to be a compliant tool for market research, brand monitoring, and community engagement. We process publicly available data based on the legitimate interests of our clients.

As the Data Controller, you are responsible for using the insights and tools provided by Redsuite in a manner that complies with all applicable regulations and Reddit's own policies against spam and harassment. Our service provides the means for responsible engagement, not for illicit data collection. 5. Data Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of the data and reports associated with your Redsuite account.

Although your analytics are stored on our secure cloud servers, you have complete control over this data. All rights, title, and interest in the specific collection of data tied to your account are yours. We will never sell or share your account's data with any third party. You can choose to delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from your dashboard. Upon deletion, all of your information will be permanently and immediately removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.
